Like sands through the hour glass, so are the Days of The Sims

Meet Robert Sanders, a hard working businessman working in a strange town where strange things can happen. All his adult life he has worked hard to make his way up the corporate ladder, but somehow that didn't seem to be enough. One day he met a lovely young woman named Crystal and they fell in love almost immediately even though she was about half his age. After awhile he asked her to move in with him and she did, then he proposed to her. It was the greatest day for him when she accepted.

Robert's house was a cozy one bedroom house that was adequate for them. He was making good money and knew that someday he would need a bigger place. Crystal was working at the local convenience store. She didn't stay working there long and moved on to working other jobs. Crystal was a smart woman but didn't want the confinement of a corporate type job.

One day Crystal woke up to find herself not feeling to well. She soon realized that she didn't have a cold or the flu but instead, she was pregnant. Her current job gave her the time off needed so she could stay home. Robert was happy, he was going to be a father, but becoming a father for him was going to be a little different. All his friends had children when they were much younger. Robert was getting close to those elder years and it made him a little nervous, but he never said anything to Crystal about it, being that it might upset her and he didn't want that. Anxiety grew and so did the tension, but the day finally came and they had a wonderful baby girl. They named her Amanda.

Now that they had a little one here the house they needed more space and their current house was too small. They sold their house and bought a nicer and bigger house down the road. Amanda had her own room now. A few years after they moved into their new home Robert retired. Crystal had gotten a good job as a freelance photographer which helped pick up the slack since Robert had retired. Amanda grew up well and was doing good in school and making friends. Robert and Crystal tried to get Amanda into a private school, but were not so lucky in doing so.

During Amanda's childhood Robert passed away and Amanda's grades started to go down some. Both Crystal and Amanda mourned the loss of Robert. Since Robert's death both Crystal and Amanda swear they have seen his ghost roaming around the area. Eventually Amanda's grades got better and Crystal seemed to be moving on with her life.

As a teenager Amanda did very well in school, but also started noticing something different about her mother. Her mother seemed to be getting younger, but Amanda didn't dwell on it too much. She made friends well and had started thinking about dating. She went out with one boy and it seemed all she could get passed was being friends. One day while out with one of her close girl friends, Jessica, she got the urge and the nerve up to kiss her. The response was not what she had expected because it was welcomed with passion. After that kiss Amanda and Jessica were closer than ever. Amanda still liked boys, but could not get over the feelings she had for Jessica.

Amanda got a part time job after school at the local hospital and decided that was the career field that she wanted to be in. Meanwhile, Crystal had started seeing one of the Curious brothers. Her and Vidcund got real close and eventually they had a little girl. Her name is Bobbi. After that she didn't see much of Vidcund because she had started flirting around with Lazio, Vidcund's brother.
